After contacting Iveco with an enquiry, we were directed to NE Truck & Van. We were served by Marcin and he helped us with our enquiry from beginning to end. We cannot recommend Marcin highly enough. He was knowledgeable, efficient, very helpful, and just a great person to deal with. Nothing was too much trouble. He even helped us out by taking time on his day off to deliver our new vehicle to us. We really appreciated this gesture. Thank you, Marcin! Fantastic service and a great deal. We are really happy with the vehicle we purchased, too. Would not hesitate to purchase again in the future.

The extremely helpful staff in your stores, reception and workshop, after liaising with Fiat, quickly and efficiently sorted out the disappointing failure of the Aircon in my Fiat van. Hopefully we'll have a better summer in 2025 and I'll get the full benefit from it! Such a pity that this very helpful company is not a bit closer to my home in the South Lakes where Fiat, (now inexplicably re-incarnated as FCA), seem to have closed all their dealerships!
